Fitness Classes

Come and join my small group personal training sessions, focusing on a mix of cardio and strength training.

Every class FGA teaches is challenging and varied and all ages are welcome!


Personal Training

One-to-one sessions held in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

I'll set workout and eating plans that are tailored to your own personal needs then be by your side, helping you achieve visible results that will make you look and feel great.


A great activity for both adults and children - and you don't even need to be able to swim! - as long as your shoulders are above 1.2m.

Have fun getting fit in the pool, using the resistant power of water to strengthen your muscles and burn fat.

It's easy on your joints - particularly the ankles, knees and lower back - which makes it particularly suitable if you're recovering from injury or going through rehab. 

Come on your own, with a friend or as a family - this is a fitness activity that everyone can enjoy.



Powerlifting builds strength and explosive power, which allows you to build muscle and burn fat faster than is possible through regular cardio and strength training.

Like other forms of heavy resistance training, powerlifting strengthens your skeleton and reduces your risk of injury in other sports and activities.

Saturday Bootcamp Madness!

A fun and furious mix of cardo and strength training - 45 minutes that will kickstart your weekend with a boom!

Every Saturday, 08:30 - 09:15 in Kippen Village Hall.

A bit about me

I've worked professionally in the fitness industry since 1999, initially running the gym in a renowned five-star hotel in Glasgow, before establishing and running my own health club in the West End.

For the last 15 years, I've been a freelance Personal Trainer and have worked both in Scotland and abroad with a wide range of clients - from pop stars, actors and professional sportspeople to new mothers, pensioners and people recovering from injuries. 

Through my own personally developed, tried and tested techniques, I have helped countless people improve their fitness, strength and shape. 

Training is my passion and it makes me proud every day to know that I'm helping my clients become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.

I contacted Andy through a friend and was a bit nervous at the start, as I had a major back problem. He listened to what I wanted and explained exactly what I needed to do with weights, dumbbells, the barbell, etc. and now I feel stronger, more flexible and have much better movement in my spine.
